We bought our house back in 1988 and took a loan from FMHA, they then sold our loan down the line to USDA. We are fighting with them. They told us if we refinance the house we have to buy at today’s value, and not what we bought it at. That is a predatory loan. We do not agree and need major repairs done and will not do them because of them. They have done this too so many people and everybody has walked away from their homes and bought another under a bank. We have had this house for over 20 years and put money into it. We need help please.

was taken by the agent sitting behind the governments desk of Farmers Home AD.in 1961. He filed a land option that filed in the Horry County Court House in Conway S.C. Its not even signed by my parents. My mother will tell you she didn’t sign it. It took my 35 years to catch these crooks.
I went to Washington in 1998 and meet with the USDA, All 50 states directors, and all the farmers that were there. I told them how they had robbed the farmers.It was to get rid of the small family farmers. Small farmers have the right to farm,too. The mortgage has been forged. County Supervisor forged an agents name to it. About half of the mortgages have been forged. Forged mortgages are still alive and active.Agent even omited that no payment was due. Wanted it and took it. IN 1998 D.J.Miller was hired to do the investagation by the USDA. Oig is covering this up. Cover up Cover up.Oig was caught for misconduct in a case in 1980.
