You could probably try small claims court but you would need to have a case where the screwed you personally.
Otherwise, use the internet to give them so much bad publicity that they go out of business. Word travels fast and the karma aspect is also ever present.
Or try calling your local investigative reporter to do a story on them regarding their tactics on selling pseudo purebreds. That should do it. Let the press crucify them.
