Can I Get My VA Disability Back From my Ex-Wife?
In Feb 2006 I received a divorce from my ex-wife. She also received my $1,000+ VA Disability Monthly Check because I was making slightly more than she did.
Now, I am making considerably less, while she just received a raise.
Can I get my VA Disability Check back before 2/2011?

Please someone correct me…but I was under the assuption that V.A. disbility payments were not vulnerable to ex-spouses. Am I wrong?
