Civil Case Against Chicago Board of Education

I won my appeal in the 7th circuit court of appeals. The case was reversed and remanded back to court . The case is Lillian Mosely vs. the Chicago Board of Education. I was elected Chairperson of the IASA for my School and found out that my Child was placed in special education without going through the proper procedures.

I also found out that the school had forged my signature on federal documents in order for the school to obtain federal funding. For that my child was harassed and lied on and I had to remove him from the Chicago Public School system. A lot of people told me that I would not be able to get an attorney in Chicago because Mayor Daley runs the School system . I found this to be True because many lawyers tell me that I have a good case but they don’t want it.

I need an attorney but don’t really know who to contact. Any help is appreciated.
