Can We Break This Lease?

I have a few questions about breaking a lease.

We are moving back to my mom’s house and would like to break the lease. On the lease it does say that if we were to break the lease we would have to pay for the whole year.

1) we didnt have that kind of money which is why we are moving with my mom.

2) they are close family friends. There are things that were suppose to be fixed when we moved in and are still to this date not fixed. The front window is broken, there is a bit of a bug issue, a problem with the electric where our bill is about $600.

We had asked them to get electrican and they got a friend to check it out. There is a pool outside as well as the washer and dryer, we live on the bottom level. We are never home to where electric would be that much. Well that is some of the details, Hope to hear from someone soon,

Fighting for Visitation Rights…Can you Help?

I am a father (never been married) and fighting the courts for rights and visitation but not having any luck. I had a lawyer who gave nothing but false hope and forced me to file bankruptcy. I am looking for someone who can help me fight; I am not able to offer a lot but can offer my time and some money. I really need help; if you can’t maybe you will know someone.

The mother of my 9 month old son would not let me be there for the birth of my son and first born plus I was not able to see him for the first 3 months he was alive because I choose to ottain a law firm that cared nothing but getting paid and offering false hope. Now I only see him 16 hours a week (2-8hour days) but he sits in a daycare 40 hours a week when he could be bonding with family.

I am a father that always wanted to be there and now can’t and fighting alone is hard and really plays big on your emotions.
